Genesee Health System is seeking sealed proposals from interested and qualified parties experienced in providing 24/7 CRISIS PHONE AND TEXT LINE FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH. These services will be provided to clients residing in Genesee County, Michigan. The purpose of the 24/7 Behavioral Health Crisis Phone and Text Line is to implement staffed telephonic and text message crisis and referral support for behavioral health emergencies, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, for citizens of Genesee County. The goal is to provide a fully integrated crisis service system that utilizes a problem-solving approach and that markedly increases access to a comprehensive range of person-centered, recovery-oriented, and trauma-informed crisis management and avoidance services.
