Getting Help with CHIP

If you are having difficulty using CHIP, there are several ways in which you can get assistance:

Ask your “HR Designee”

If your location has a designated “HR Designee” (previously knows as “Super User”), your first step in getting help is to contact that person with your question or issue.  In many cases your issue may have been previously addressed.  Working with your HR Designee ensures that you will get the quickest, most efficient support.

Online Provider Service Center (OPSC)

For situations in which you cannot work through a HR Designee, issues and questions may be submitted electronically via our secure OPSC. In order for us to provide the best possible support, please make sure to include the following contact information: your name, your provider/location, your telephone number and your email. It is also important to include as many details about your question/problem as possible, possibly including provider id, client id, authorization #, document name, menu item, error messages, deadlines and/or any other relevant details. Also, be sure to select the most relevant support category (type of question) so that your question will go to the appropriate support staff.

Please note: You do not need an OPSC login to submit a help request.  Support staff are available to address issues during our normal business hours of Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
