Rise and Shine Coping Skills Group
The Rise and Shine Group at Genesee Health System helps individuals build coping and recovery skills using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This group focuses on how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected and how small changes can improve daily functioning and long-term wellness.
Participants learn how to manage stress, identify triggers, and develop healthier thinking patterns. The group also supports relapse prevention and goal setting to strengthen emotional stability and recovery.
