GRAND BLANC, Mich. (WJRT) – As Grand Blanc Township approached the first anniversary of the September 28, 2025, attack at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, community leaders reflected on the importance of remembrance, healing and continued support for those impacted.
The community marked the anniversary through service and remembrance activities, while mental health resources remained an important part of ongoing recovery efforts. Genesee Health System’s Grand Blanc Advocacy, Recovery, and Connection Center (A.R.C.C.) is among the resources established to provide counseling, wellness programming and community support.
