FLINT, Mich. (MLive) – Genesee Health System announced its second annual Pillars of Hope: Mental Wealth Tailgate Experience, held October 5, 2026, at Greater Heights Academy in Flint. The free event was designed to bring families together while promoting mental, physical and emotional wellness.
The event combined access to community health resources with family-friendly activities, including food trucks, inflatables, gaming trucks, haircuts and manicures. The initiative highlighted GHS’s continued efforts to create welcoming spaces where residents can connect with community partners, learn about available services and engage in conversations about mental health.
